Vegan lox from the Pleners

Here you go: Preheat oven to 400f 3 big carrots 1 nori sheet 3 TBSP soy sauce 1 TBSP olive oil 1.5 tsp liquid smoke 1.5 tsp dried dill -Peel outer dirty layer of carrots and then peel into wide/thin slices -Put in oven safe dish -Tear nori sheet into tiny pieces (either with hands or knife... SUPER TINY PIECES) and sprinkle over carrots in dish -in a small bowl mix soy sauce, olive oil, liquid smoke, and dill to create a marinade. Pour over carrots and mix it all together to well coated. - cover carrots with oven safe lid or foil. -bake for 20 minutes -once done, let it cool with lid on. -once cool to the touch, put in fridge until completely cold (overnight is best)
