Flamed duck at Le Palais

This is served table side where they finish with a douse of alcohol over the cooked duck that is set aflame. The wrapper skins are very light and flavorful, different than the chewier paper thin wrappers you are used to. The rest of the menu was flawless too. Worth the trip.
